No.: An uncircumcised foreskin will always remain in it's usual fashion -covering the head of the penis when there is not an erection; when an erection occurs, the penis grows and swells and the foreskin usually remains on the lower part of the penile shaft, leaving the head of the penis exposed. This is normal and will not change during the course of a lifetime; if anything else happens see your do.
