Continuous UTI: People can get a UTI that does not resolve with antibiotics. This could be called persistent uti. It reflects failed therapy. To prove this, first, need to prove that there is UTI by urinalysis. If symptoms continue to persist after antibiotics, need to resee your doc to redo urinalysis and culture to find out the correct antibiotic for a successful outcome.
