Any food that helps scabs heal quicker?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Healing scabs: Overall good nutrition is required for proper healing of wounds, but there are not particular foods for a generally healthy person to help them heal wounds/scabs faster. Keeping the area moist with an ointment like petroleum jelly helps, as does not trying to remove scabs faster than they are ready to come off. Also, clean area with gentle soap and water, don't use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide.
