A member asked:

Can acute magnesium deficiency really cause agoraphobia and panic attacks?

Seems unlikely: I'm aware of a few individuals who is promoting "transdermal magnesium chloride" as a cure-all. Buy the patch, soak your feet in magnesium chloride, or whatever. I'm unaware of any such thing as "acute magnesium deficiency", but the western diet may be short on green vegetables & perhaps magnesium. Try this only as an adjunct to comprehensive, evidence-based rx for your emotional illness.
