Lax joints & pain: This is not normal. Perhaps you are placing undue stress on the joint capsule or are experiencing some form of osteoarthritis or degenerative joint disease from excessive wear and tear. A radiologic study may provide you with better information after being examined by a rheumatologist or orthopedic surgeon.

Limiting aching of l: Lax or hypermobile joints not infrequently result in aching in the joints. This does not indicate damage or arthritis. It is advisable to limit overextending or stressing your elbows. Emphasis should be on muscle strengthening of the upper arm and forearm muscles preferably under guidance of knowledgable physical therapist.
