Sunburn: If you were exposed to sun, you could have sustained sunburn. Mild redness and burning in the skin would confirm that. That would resolve in few days.

It's the effect of: Heat, pressure and compression on your breasts. Go see your dr if your symptoms get worse esp if u develop fever or pus. In the meantime, u may take tylenol (acetaminophen) or nsaids for pain and apply ice packs for 2 days then warm compress. Hope u feel better!

I reccently have gotten this sharp and pretty painful chest pain. It started about 10-20 minutes after i finished doing pushups so it may have something to do with that but im not sure. It only hurts when i stretch or i get up fast off the ground.
While I was playing basketball I got hit in the chest by someone's shoulder when I was guarding them and now it hurts. Also, I cant do pushups and more as when I try the middle of my chest hurts like crazy. It's been the same for 2 weeks?
After doing push ups today. My left chest and upper left back area hurts with Sharp pain when I breathe in deeply, cough, or belch.
