I reccently have gotten this sharp and pretty painful chest pain. it started about 10-20 minutes after i finished doing pushups so it may have something to do with that but im not sure. it only hurts when i stretch or i get up fast off the ground.

Muscular pain: What you described suggests musculo-skeletal pain. For the short term you may take a pain reliever like acetaminophen. For the long term you should exercise regularly to keep your muscles in shape. Any exercise will do, eg, walking, jogging, biking, swimming or playing your favorite sport. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
