Not advised: Unless the warts are gone, most surgeons will not risk spreading the virus to your cervix during the proposed surgery which may cause a hpv infection and possible future cancer.

Yes: If the warts are extensive, it may be appropriate to treat the warts first, then proceed with the reconstruction. With minimal warts, you could go ahead with the repairs.
