A member asked:

Is it possible for the spine to catch up growing with long bones? e.g. after the long bone growth plates are through, the spine grows to proportion?

Anything possible...: Depends on whether your growth plates in your spine are closed or not. Other than that, anything is possible. Predictable, less likely.

Yes unless you have : An undiagnosed spine problem like a scoliosis or kyphosis which can make the trunk appear to be shorter. There is still some bone growth until early 20's.
