What problems do you see in your healthcare practice?

Over regulation: Over regulation by state and federal government and insurance companies has the physician taking a backseat to thier patients care, overrides, prior authorizations., etc. Physicians are either spending more time doing this or are not doing it at all causing problems with patients getting proper treatment.
