Sorry it is difficul: You have a positive test for hydromorphone twice.You can submit another specimen and if it comes negatve it may help if your employer will accept that we can not say.You have positive test in your urine it will be difficult to challenge that.

UDS: Hydromorphone in urine comes from two places. Either ingestion of hydromorphone or as a metabolite of hydrocodone.
