Allergy?: But cannot give u a diagnosis of course. Only a possiblility. U will benefit from a medical check up & labs. Pls keep track how often u feel this sensation & what is the context in which it happens. Hope u will feel better soon!

Many possibilities: Allergy is most common in your age. But many other reasons can be the culprit. Check up with your doctor.

Get Checked for: Obstructive/reactive airway disease (emphysema/asthma), post nasal drip , acid reflux or (allergy to partner?) etc. Hope u feel better!
