May be safest: Complex issue, but you do need your vimpat (lacosamide) to control seizures, and a convulsion during pregnancy can lead to a miscarriage. Should not stop anti-epileptic meds when pregnant. There is some remote risk of fetal malformations but is tolerable in general. Discuss with your obstetrician, and neurologist.
