Improbable: There is no indication that cunnilingus (oral sex on a woman) is likely to transmit hiv. There is unquestioned transmission when through semen ejaculated past the tongue to the tonsils and other lymphatic tissue, but salivary enzymes are known to inactivate the hiv. Accumulating definitive data is obviously difficult, but no evidence that cunnilingus does transmit this.
