Not uncommon: Itchiness without rash is fairly common, and when it responds well to a single daily dose of antihistamine, such as otc Cetirizine 10mg, there isn't anything so far out of whack that we would be able to find anything wrong. If taking Cetirizine daily doesn't work, or if you develop a rash that accompanies the itching, see an allergist. Some people need to take Cetirizine for a long time; that's ok.
