Perhaps nerve: Consider possible nerve compression issue, and may be rather minimal issue such as carpal tunnel or cubital tunnel.. Presume you have a neurologist already, so, have him/her evaluate this problem also.

Need to see a doc: There's too many possibilities including carpal tunnel syndrome, stroke, tumor, etc. Get checked out.
