In your opinion which at home blue or red light device is most effective for treating acne?

Get real Rx: Acne is a serious, chronic disease that can be managed somewhat with topical benzoyl peroxide but usually requires prescription meds, which are fairly cheap and generally well-tolerated. There's interesting work on colored light working on porphyrins in the acne bacteria, but by no means should this be considered mainstream or more than an adjunct for scientific rx of this cruel disease.
