Take a test: If you had vaginal sex, she could be pregnant. She should take a urine pregnancy test if her period is late or, head directly to a healthcare provider for a blood pregnancy test. To avoid pregnancy, abstain or use combination contraception including hormonal, barrier and spermicidal.
