Cream, antihistamine: Try Hydrocortisone cream several times a day and Allegra (fexofenadine) 180mg once a day. Both of these are available over the counter. If that doesn't work, you will need to see a dermatologist to rule out underlying problems.

Itchy scrotal skin: Itchy scrotal skin can be caused by eczema, contact dermatitis, candida infections. Some benign growths on scrotal skin like angiokeratomas, tiny purple papules, can cause itching. One must be careful with cortisone cream in this area as the skin is thin and delicate & cortisone can cause thinning in a short period of time. Scratching or rubbing makes the itch worse. Please see dermatologist.

Jock itch?: It's more likely you may have a case of fungi to the groin as this causes chronic itching to the genital areas while there are other know causes as well. Have a physician take a look.
