A member asked:

When a man gets a sex-change can he get a uterus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: There are no surgical interventions that currently provide a uterus for a male to female gender reassignment. That would require a uterine transplant and of course immunosuppressive drugs to prevent rejection. These drugs would cause certain fetal abnormalities to occur making the whole concept futile.
