Unclear: I am unclear on what was actually done and why. Prostatic calcification don't usually require any treatment. Hopefully he did not have a transurethral resection of the prostate for this. If he did, this would explain the ejaculation issues. Discuss the procedure, it's indications and expected recovery with the operating urologist.
