A member asked:

Protected sex plan b with 2 hours. 4th plan b within 3 months. period like bleeding starting 4 days before potential ovulation. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Irregular periods: Changes in menstrual patterns are common with progestin-only(plan b) products. Remember Plan B should not be used as regular contraceptive. Please see and discuss with your doctor what regular birth control is appropriate for you. Also practice safe sex as Plan B or any other contraceptive does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (use condoms). Stay safe/ take care of yourself.
