Not new, may work: Desmopressin (ddavp) a safe synthetic hormone works to reduce nocturnal urine production and helps many. Long acting anticholinergics (oxybutininer.Ditropan la, or Detrol (tolterodine) la) can increase functional bladder capacity. One or other or both in combination may relieve bed wetting. Certainly worth a try if it hasn't been tried so far.

Depends: I guess this depends on your definition of "new" and the type of enuresis. There are a multitude of new medications for bladder storage disorders (anticholinergics, Alpha blockers) and types of neuromodulation (ptns, interstim, botox). The "new" options for nocturnal enuresis are few and are usually the old standbys (alarm, ddavp, (desmopressin) tofranil) plus adding one of the above if needed.
