Common side effects: Breast tenderness , low abdominal pain are very common with plan b. Pelvic discomfort and irregular periods also reported. Plan b may last in the system for ~ 24 hours. Always practice safe sex. Use condoms. Hope you feel better soon.

It may be a side: effect of Plan B. Potential side effects w emergency contraception include: menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period), nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, breast tenderness & abdominal pain or cramps. Take pregnancy test & notify dr if your period is 7 or > days late.
