Not likely: Pcos is not often complicated by ruptured ovarian cysts. If you have acute abdominal pain, nausea, lightheadedness etc, seek medical attention.

They don't : Polycystic ovaries do not rupture. Polycystic ovaries contain multiple ovarian cysts less than 1 cm in diameter. A large ovarian cyst can rupture but that is a different question and that is different than polycystic ovaries.
