Go to a dentist: See a dentist to repair whatever damage was done. I would guess that is has been some time since your last dental checkup. Therefore get a complete exam, x-rays and a cleaning. Hopefully you have learned your lesson. Take better care of you and your health. Don't ever smoke crack again or things will just go downhill from here. Good luck.

Find a dentist: First stop smoking crack. Then find a dentist to help you get your mouth healthy again. Crack causes major damage to teeth. This can be fixed, if you don't change your habits then no dental treatment will last very long. Get healthy. Take care of yourself. You are important.
