A member asked:

I have gastroparesis and i haven't gotten hungry in months how is that possible?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stomach always full: "gastroparesis" means your stomach empties slowly, regardless of cause. Many gastroparetic patients experience a sense of progressive fullness throughout the day. As such, without adequate stomach emptying, you may not experience much hunger. Diet modification may help--drink liquids along with eating small, frequent, low fat meals to improve stomach evacuation between feedings.
