It may be normal: White discharge as long as it is not cheesy and lumpy can be normal .Clear to milky white discharge can be normal if there is no vaginal itching and burning. My only concern is the cramping and that may suggest infection.So because of discharge associated with cramping i will suggest you have it checked to rule out infection. Consult your gynecologist or pcp.
