Vaginal discharge: The brownish discharge could be the end of the period, but the watery discharge could be a vaginal infection. There is also the possibility you had or are having a miscarriage. I recommend seeing your doctor to have a vaginal exam to examine and possibly send off a sample of the fluid for testing. An official in-office pregnancy test might also be needed to confirm.
