Several: Structurally the closest drugs are Mellaril and serentil but they are stronger then neuleptil. Similar strength have Prolixin and trilafon (perphenazine).

Maybe phenothiazine: That medicine seems to not be used in north america. Depending on the indication there are plenty of substitutes. You should see your mental health provider and maybe consider haloperidol, ziprasidone, quetiapine, or others. It is hard to recommend an exact equivalent med as the dose may need tweaking and so on. See your psychiatrist or mental health provider to get appropriate treatment.
