A member asked:

Can my doctor reverse pain contract if there is error in the offense patient is being accused of ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Absolutely: Perhaps the answer to your question lies with the basic relationship that each party has with the other. Pain contracts are attempts by providers to address a patient's analgesia while simultaneously guarding against the potential for misuse or diversion. That relationship is always severable by either party. Free will still exists. You are free to choose a different provider.
