Possible clot: Many things can cause calf pain and swelling. The most concerning would be a possible blood clot in the legs, otherwise known as a dvt. Symptoms include calf tenderness, swelling and redness of the extremity. I would recommend getting evaluated asap.

Blood clot: Since you previously had a baby, i'm assuming you may be on some type of birth control now. You could have a dangerous blood clot with your symptoms. Please go to nearest emergency department asap and explain to them the same symptoms you mentioned here.

Leg swelling : Leg swelling can be caused by many things what is concerning me is the chest pain. You may have had a blood clot the tuned into emboli of the lungs. Cosider going to er fast to check.
