4 weeks ago: By convention, we date pregnancy from the first day of your last period. You typically get pregnant approximately 14 days after that. Therfore, if you are 6 weeks pregnant, you actually conceived 4 weeks ago! strange but true :).

Not quite: It means your last period was around 3/28, and your conception was around 4/11.
