Bad luck: Most birth control methods are very effective but not 100%. Talk to your doctor about a tubal ligation for you or a vasectomy for your partner. You should know that these are mostly irreversible solutions.

I am not immune to rubella. I had my levels checked at the start of my pregnancy. I had the vax in 2007 after the birth of my 1st child because I wasn't immune then either. Apparently my immunity wears off. Do I need to vax again? Baby is 1 month old
