Is it possible to get bitten by a brown recluse spider and not get any symptoms?

Unlikely: A brown recluse bite is usually painful and itchy. If you have no symptoms you may have been bitten by something else.

No: You would need to have a painful bite with puncture wounds. Only 10% go on to get tissue necrosis. Get tetanus prophylaxis since some of the spiders carry clostridium tetanus spores.
