Pregnancy possible: The symptoms above can be seen in pregnancy. Home pregnancy test can show false negatives on occasion depending what time of day tested, how much water taken in, ect... See your doctor and get a blood test to know for sure. In the meantime, refrain from alcohol or cigarettes until you find out.

Not if negative: If you're home pregnancy test is negative repeatedly over time then you can rest assured that you are not pregnant.

Don't over think it: You're not going to get a baby bump the first week or month you are pregnant. If you're trying to get there it may come in time but don't over think the process. Early symptoms overlap with lots of things. Pee tests can be falsely negative early in the process. Relax and re-test later.
