Foot injury: Could be a sprain. Could be a fracture. Please see your doctor for an evaluation and xr to find out for sure.

Foot pain: Your son may have a midfoot sprain or a metatarsal fracture. I would recommend seeing a doctor unless the pain is improving daily.

Foot pain: Basketball can cause many injuries. He may have a fracture or mid foot sprain. See your local podiatrist and use rest, ice, compression and elevation.
