Wait and see: Postcoital bleeding can be caused by different issues. If you haven't had an annual in 2-3 years get a papsmear. Cervical polyps, an infection or being on birthcontrol can cause some bleeding with intercourse as well. If it persists see your obgyn. Sometimes some of the lining in your uterus is still active and can cause some bleeding. An ultrasound may show if so.
