Yes: It's possible, there's no reason you couldn't (possibly) conceive first month off the patch.

Yes: There is no way to predict when a woman will ovulate when she stops using any form of hormonal birth control...It is best to wait at least 2 regular cycles after stopping hormonal birth control before trying to conceive. If you do not wish to be pregnant, you must use an alternate form of protection as soon as you stop using the patch or any other hormonal contraceptive.
