Not sure: Ovulation predictor tests are helpful for some women but studies have suggested that all they do is increase anxiety. If you have regular cycles then you are probably ovulating about 14 days before day 1 of your cycle.

Probably not: An ovulation predictor kit is quite accurate, more accurate than cervical mucus testing.
