Vit E, Primrose Oil: Breast pain is typically due to fibrocystic changes in the breast. It can typically be helped by no smoking, no caffeine, and taking ibuprofen in times of bad pain. If this is frequent problem Vitamin E 800 IU and Primrose oil 2000 mg can be taken daily to help. Pain all over your body could be a sign of another problem like fibromyalgia.
