Propranolol: The bblockers reduce the heart rate and the blood pressure. Some anesthesia drugs reduce the blood pressure some the heart rate or both. Fortunately, the anesthesiologists are trained to react and treat both hypotension and bradycardia. No problem. As an advise: do not interrupt the administration of the Propranolol before or after surgery.
