Less to fear: The nutritional content is the same. When a person is blindfolded and fed two spoonfuls of the same stuff and is told that one is "organic" he/she usually says the organic tasted much better. We can't feed the world's population without chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Rich people who have fears (right or wrong) about chemicals pay much more for "organic"; you decide whether there are benefits.
