A member asked:

Is two or three weeks after sex too early for a blood pregnancy test? i got one at the drs office last week and it was negate could i still be pregnat

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Blood tests are sensitive within a few days after implantation. If you had a blood test at least 20 days after sexual encounter, then you are unlikely to be pregnant.
