Herpes infection: Clinical symptoms of herpes eruption range from no eruptions at all even though the person has an infection to eruptions coming very closely together like 1-2 times a month for a person with a fully functional immune system. Stress, being ill, sun exposure and other stimuli can increase frequency of eruptions. People whose immune systems are weakened get frequent or continuous eruptions.
