Yes: It is safe if done with your monogamous partner/spouse and if there are no pregnancy complications. As long as it is comfortable enough for both partners, you can have sex throughout your pregnancy. Ok: Pregnancy by itself is not a contraindication to sex. You should see your doctor for the pelvic pain to determine the cause and determine treatment.
