I32 weeks pregnant & i am have brownish discharge. no sex, pelvic rest since 24 weeks. preggers with twins but lost one. should i be worried?

Not necessarily: Marissa, Discharge can change throughout pregnancy. If you are still feeling the baby move, not having pain, and not having frank bleeding, all is probably well. You should still call your OB, just so they can be aware of this. They may want to see and examine you. Hope this helps!
