See below: You can use your own milk and rub in to the nipple or use lanolin.

Maybe: You could try using a breast pump so that you get used to the sensation. That said, keep in mind that the actual suckling of the baby is mechanically much more than the neg pressure generated from the suction pump. Also, that the act of nursing your baby is itself the best way to get your nipples to adapt. Congrats on your baby and your decision to breast feed. Good luck.
