Masturbation: I am not sure why your penis is smaller. You may need a full work up with a trusted medical advisor. But, masturbation is a normal and natural part of the human experience. It is in no way the reason your penis is smaller. Anal sex is also a very common human sexual experience and in now way would be unhealthy from a medical standpoint and also not the cause of a smaller penis.
