Headache: Neither Buspar or Nexium is typically associated with headache; however, for ordinary headaches, you can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or another NSAID , such as Ibuprofen or motrin, which will not interfere, in prescribed doses, with the other meds. If the headache doesn't subside, you might want to alert your prescribing provider.
